We want you to love your new piece(s) of jewelry! If you aren't completely satisfied for any reason you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of the shipment date. Items must be unworn, and returned in original condition. Customer is responsible for safe + secure shipping back to KMJ. All returns need authorization before being returned. Please reach out to discuss your needs, and obtain an authorization if you would like to return or exchange anything. Kate Maller Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
